Indeed, it is a GIF! Though, 250x250 seems to have the best FPS possible (as you can see, it is a bit skippy on this one).

Also, you'd need a thumbnail to go with it: Either a PNG or JP(E)G, or a GIF that is 200x200 or less.

I see. How did you go about making this? The only way I would know about is putting a bunch of still images together.

Locked each flask onto each bone of the Demoman, and made the Demoman not rendered.

I also had to rotate the flasks, so that they line up with the Demoman's bones.
